Slow and no accountability. "she let the branch die" lol
@brocktoon8
The right vs the responsibility - I love distinctions like that.
@EdwardianTeaChest
The defendant is infuriating - it's like talking to a brick wall.
@TheTwoBeauties
The plaintiff’s witness was so desperate for his ten seconds of fame that instead sadly turned into ten seconds of shame.😅😂
@mercedescampos7356
He clearly not understanding 😂
@1optimystic

@Persephone_Falasteen
The plaintiff's witness putting his hand up to speak stressed me out 😂
@CookieWoods.
Why would the plaintiff witness want to say anything! I don't get it. He wanted to talk her into losing! Lol

We had a tree in our yard, it was beautiful and provided so much shade but it got a fungus. One night there was a big storm and the next morning a large branch ended in the street. The city came by as we were pulling the tree into our yard to saw it up and haul it off. The guy said if they would have came 10 minutes earlier my dad would have been fined. We ended up having it cut down and the stump removed. It’s so easy to take accountability and do the right thing.
@dublinjazz1
A large branch fell off my nextdoor neighbor's tree and landed on my son's car which was parked in our driveway, smashing the rear windshield. They wanted us to go through our homeowner's insurance to take care of it. Mind you, their line of business is autobody repair so they hoped they could get paid by our insurance for fixing what THEY broke.
@skeldare
Can't get over how dense that defendant is.
@11corinne
Happy he is not my neighbour 😂
@ZodiacHazard
Defendant's backyard isn't the only thing that's dense
@timothyhh
I think this guys is more stubborn than stupid, just digs his heals in and will not budge. He must be a joy to be married to.
@weeniehutjunior
